  • 5.2 All vehicles are sold "as is" without any warranty, unless otherwise specified.

  • 6.1 Merchandise, including but not limited to apparel and accessories, is subject to availability.

  • 6.2 Returns and exchanges for merchandise are subject to our Return/Exchange Policy.

  • 7.1 All content and materials provided by HMC Off Road, including logos, designs, and images, are the property of HMC Off Road and may not be used without express written permission.
