Return Policy

Returns and exchanges for HMC Off Road products are governed by the following conditions and procedures:

If you wish to initiate a return for any reason, please visit: hmcoffroad.com/contact and send us a message. Upon receipt of your forms, an HMC Off Road representative will reach out to assist you with the return process.

To be eligible for a credit:

1. Your products must be in new, unused condition.

2. Products should be returned in their original packaging.

3. Prepay shipping for the package, ensuring it is insured for its full retail value.

4. HMC Off Road reserves the right to request proof of return shipment, such as a receipt, to process your credit.

Once HMC Off Road receives your returned package, a representative will inspect the products. If they meet the specified criteria in terms of quantity and condition, HMC Off Road will issue a credit, deducting a 15% restocking fee from the returned product(s).

Please retain all paperwork until you have received credit for your return.
 

HMC Off Road WILL NOT:

1. Accept returns for products that have been installed, painted, or modified.

2. Process returns for orders exceeding 30 days from the date of receipt.

3. Refund original shipping charges unless the product is returned due to damage.
